Jim Corbett Tours

A visit to the beautiful hill state of Uttarrakhand is not complete without a trip to the oldest and one of the most popular wildlife reserves Jim Corbett Park.  The park, named after the hunter-turned-conservationist Jim Corbett who played a key role in its establishment, is situated in the Nainital district of picturesque state. The park, spread over 1,300 square kilometers is home to the famous Bengal Tigers and is one of the few places where Bengal Tiger is found. It is also home to 488 different species of plants and 586 species of birds, including some of the rare birds. So if you are a nature lover, Jim Corbett is your destination.

Various residential options are available both inside and outside the park. Although there are day-long trips available for the park, the best is when one takes a 2-3 days package. Trips can be made inside on Canters or on elephant back. Even jeep safari is available. JIM Corbett Tour National Park remains open throughout the year for the visitors but the best time to visit Corbett is from 15th November to 15th June as during this period of time all the tourism zones of the park are open for visitors and one can visit the entire national park area. Tangent Inc has vast experience in organising trips to this oldest national park in an economical way.
